Updating your business listing & other enquiries

For any enquiries you may have regarding any aspect of our service please use the form below. Please ensure you have read our help pages before emailing us as it contains answers to many questions we receive.

How can I add my business? I've forgotton my password how can I reset it? I need to change my listing / my listing is out of date It's saying my account isn't activated, can I resend the activation email? How do I register for an account? I need to remove a listing My Enquiry is regarding none of the above I have a question about the review system

To add your business you first need to create an account in our advertising centre.

Once you have validated your email address follow the simple listing process and once approved by our editors you will receive an email confirming your listing has been published on our site. Please visit the reset password feature in our advertising centre, ensure you actually have an account as we have only recently introduced our accounts functionality and although you may be listed on our site, you won't necessarily have one.

If you need to create an account please click here, once validated you will be able to link your listing to the account and update as normal. In order to submit a listing change request you need to use the 'update information' link on the actual profile with the out of date information. Updates submitted via this form go straight into our editing queue and will be processed much quicker.



If you wish to claim the listing you will need to log in with your advertising centre account or create a new one, once validated you will be able to link your listing to the account. Please visit our activation email resend feature where you will be able to send yourself another copy to activate your account.

Please note you will need to have an account for this feature to work, if you need to create an account please click here Register for an account to either add your business or take ownership of your business's current listing.

To register now please visit our advertising centre. To remove a listing you need to use the 'update information' link on the actual company profile page which needs removing.

Please select the option labelled 'This business is no longer trading'.
