Travel technology company, Comtec, has acquired travel web-design agency Jamber in order, it says, to offer a fully integrated e-commerce design and development service
The move comes following Comtec’s announcement that it plans several acquisitions following a management buyout led by RJD Partners which has created an acquisition fund for future growth and expansion into complementary business sectors.
