"I purchased Large Chips and Large Cod on Friday 25th August in the Verwood Branch. I waited 45 minutes and when I got home the fish was cold. The wait was long due to the bank holiday weekend but the service was awful especially when at the end of it I was waiting on more chips to come through on a busy Friday evening why are you running out of chips?! Poor production planning. I think you are normaly very good and I have used you for 8 years, last Friday however was a joke, and I will think again about using you on a Friday night you simply cannot cope you are a victim of your own sucess."
